HANOI, Vietnam - Vietnamese Prime Minister Phan Van Khai (R) has his first-ever meeting with Thic Huyen Quang (L), leader of the dissident Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam (UBCV) at the premier's official residence in Hanoi on April 2. The meeting was reported by the official newspaper Viet Nam News which said the pair discussed religious freedom in Vietnam. Quang has been under house arrest for more than two decades.
