The Soviet-Japanese agreement allows us to fish in the Habomai Islands. In the Lee Line, we fished under the fear of capture. In Okinawa, there is an island inside a base. As Japan and the Soviet Union continue to disagree over the ownership of the Northern Territories, a caravan launches a campaign.
