US: Heavy Rain Triggers Flooding in Charleston, South Carolina 2

Torrential downpours hit Charleston, South Carolina on Friday, August 22, causing flash flooding and road closures. Rainfall rates exceeded four inches in under an hour at the airport, and flood warnings remain in effect as saturated streets coincide with high tides. Authorities have urged residents to avoid flooded areas and stay alert for ongoing storms.
