The plant has improved its production efficiency by organizing work processes that had been scattered all over the place and setting up lines. The number of workers has also been increased by 40% from the current level. The company has been importing some parts from China, but the supply chain has been slow, so for the time being it will switch to parts made in Japan. The device sprays chemical solutions into a mist with a particle diameter of 10 micrometers or less (a micro is one-millionth). The particle diameter is so small that it does not get wet even if it hits an object. Since it is possible to spray the chemical solution while carrying it around, it can be used for sterilization in emergencies and in places where there is a blind spot.
