Lord Kanaloa wins Takamatsunomiya Kinen

TOYOAKE, Japan - Lord Kanaloa (front), ridden by jockey Yasunari Iwata, gallops to victory in the Takamatsunomiya Kinen at Chukyo Racecourse in Aichi Prefecture on March 24, 2013. The overwhelming favorite, and Hong Kong Sprint and Sprinters Stakes champion, became the first Japanese horse to capture three Grade 1 sprint titles. To the right is Hakusan Moon, which finished third.
