Indonesia: M7.7 Earthquake Triggers Tsunami Warning, Damages Buildings on Flores

A magnitude 7.7 earthquake struck off the coast of Flores island in eastern Indonesia early on Saturday, August 15. A tsunami warning was issued, urging coastal residents to move to higher ground. Officials said damage to homes and public facilities had been reported though no casualty figures were yet available. This video shows a church that collapsed due to the quake in East Manggarai.
