Representatives from various newspapers hold bottles of Hanakifujin, pinkish soy sauce made with beets from Tottori Prefecture, after it was picked as the most unique local specialty from the Chugoku and Shikoku regions in western Japan in a contest in Hiroshima organized by the papers across Japan on Sept. 17, 2015.
