NEW YORK, United States - Haruhiro Shiratori, whose only son Atsushi was killed at the World Trade Center in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States, holds a message expressing his resentment of former U.S. President George W. Bush in New York on Sept. 11, 2011, before attending a ceremony to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the attacks. Shiratori has supported children in Afghanistan since his son's death.

Shiratori brought a book he wrote on his memories of their son, titled ''A message from my son'' in Japanese.
