1st hearing impaired granted pharmacist certificate

TOKYO, Japan - Hearing-impaired Kumi Hayase (L), 26, from Tokyo, receives her pharmacist's license from Health Minister Chikara Sakaguchi at the ministry building July 17. She is Japan's first disabled candidate to receive the license.
