Chef of expressway restaurant speaks as contest winner

OSAKA, Japan - Master chef Hayato Kitahara (extreme R) at a restaurant in the Kawanobori Service Area on the Nagasaki Expressway in Takeo, Saga Prefecture, southwestern Japan, speaks in Osaka on Dec. 10, 2014, after winning the first prize in the second contest for dishes offered in expressway parking areas in western Japan.
