U.N. statement on nuclear disarmament

NEW YORK, United States - New Zealand Ambassador Dell Higgie (C) announces a joint statement on nuclear disarmament at the U.N. headquarters in New York on Oct. 21, 2013. The New Zealand-led initiative drew a record 125 supporting countries, roughly two-thirds of the United Nations' 193 member states.
