LDP lawmaker Uozumi declared bankrupt

TOKYO, Japan - Hirohide Uozumi, a House of Councillors member of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), speaks to reporters at the Diet in Tokyo on March 19 about his bankruptcy. The Kumamoto District Court has declared Uozumi bankrupt at the request of one of his creditors.
