TOKYO, Japan - Hirotada Ototake, a 26-year-old author of a best-selling book about life without normal limbs, shows a driver's license in Tokyo on Sept. 9. Ototake, who wrote the autobiographical ''Gotai Fumanzoku'' (No One's Perfect), was issued the license last month.

TOKYO, Japan - Hirotada Ototake (file photo), the author of a bestseller about his life virtually without limbs, married a student of Tokyo's Waseda University on the day of her graduation March 25, according to his Web site. Ototake, 24, said through his agents March 27 that he is grateful for being ''given a strong partner at such an early stage of my life.''
