Fukushima school gives debris art to NRA head

TOKYO, Japan - A student from Hobara high school in Date, Fukushima Prefecture, hands a piece of debris from the 2011 earthquake with a drawing of flower on it to Nuclear Regulation Authority Chairman Shunichi Tanaka (L) at the authority in Tokyo on March 24, 2014. The students have created artworks to encourage victims of the Fukushima nuclear disaster triggered by the earthquake.
