TOKYO, Japan, Jan. 29 Kyodo - An official of the Japan Atomic Energy Agency shows the press a device that can detect radioactive materials in the air emitted from nuclear tests in Horonobe, Hokkaido, on Jan. 29, 2018. Snow sculpture of police car unveiled in Hokkaido town

Children play by pretending to ride in a snow sculpture of a life-size police vehicle at a residential police box in the town of Horonobe on the northernmost main island of Hokkaido on Jan. 10, 2017, designated Dial 110 day in Japan.
