More than 450 dogs dressed in Halloween costumes, accompanied by costumed people, participated in this year's 45-minute parade. The march down the red carpet is free to watch and the annual parade drew several thousand spectators. The traditional event was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but returned in 2021.
