Arabian Oil to withdraw from oilfield development business

TOKYO, Japan - Arabian Oil Co. President Kazutoshi Hoyano (R) and Fumio Sekiya, president of its parent AOC Holdings Inc., hold a press conference in Tokyo on Dec. 27, 2012.
