Ex-U.S. President Carter in Seoul

SEOUL, South Korea - Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter (L) and South Korean Unification Minister Hyun In Taek shake hands in Seoul on April 28, 2011, after Carter's trip to North Korea aiming to ease tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
