IWAKI, Japan, Feb. 20 Kyodo - An official from a Chinese research institute visits a fishing port in Iwaki in Fukushima Prefecture, northeastern Japan, to collect marine products to help monitor the seawater off the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant under the framework of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
