INAZAWA, Japan - A utility pole hangs in front of a limited express train of Nagoya Railroad Co. (Meitetsu) near a railway crossing in Inazawa, Aichi Prefecture, on Sept. 26 after the train collided with a car (L). The first two cars of the train derailed and the passenger car was severely damaged in the collision, which left the car's driver dead and injured 23 people.
