INDUSTRIAL-X SECURITY held an inaugural press conference in Tokyo on March 18. The company will provide total security solutions for safe control and automation of manufacturing sites. The sales target is undisclosed. The company was established on the 14th. President Hachiko said, "With the spread of the IoT (Internet of Things), it has been relatively easy to visualize data. However, the security of the IoT has been lagging behind. In particular, we need to ensure the security of the control area in the field," he said. In the future, the company will collaborate with network vendors and other companies to solve security-related issues faced by customers, including those in the control area of manufacturing sites. The company will also contribute to the realization of smart factories that take security into consideration.
