The boat, some 16,000 tons in weight and some 200 meters in length, will be one of the largest car ferries in Japan.

ISHIKARI BAY, Japan - A crew member of the South Korean cargo ship Marine Osaka holds fast to the mast waiting for rescue at Ishikari Bay New Port on Nov. 13.
