TOKYO, Japan - Jun Ikeido smiles holding his book ''Shitamachi (Old Downtown) Rocket'' in Tokyo on July 14, 2011, after it was announced that he won the Naoki Prize for seasoned writers. Ikeido, a 48-year-old former bank employee, received the award for the novel about a small factory trying to win an order to manufacture a key component for a domestically produced rocket.
