BERLIN, Germany - Japanese and German officials enjoy a tea ceremony in a refurbished room adjoining the official residence of Japanese ambassador to Berlin, Issei Nomura, on May 20. The ceremony marked the completion of refurbishment of the Berlin residence. Japan reopened its embassy adjoining the residence in March for the first time since May 1945, following the relocation of the German capital from Bonn to the city two years ago.
