Collisions near Senkakus

TOKYO, Japan - Combination file photo shows former Japan Coast Guard member Masaharu Isshiki (R) and Chinese trawler captain Zhan Qixiong. Japanese prosecutors said on Jan. 21, 2011, they decided not to indict Isshiki over the leak of video footage showing collisions in September 2010 between a Chinese trawler and Japanese patrol boats near the disputed Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea. Prosecutors also decided to drop the case against Zhan, who was arrested for allegedly deliberately colliding with one of the patrol boats but released later in September 2010. (Kyodo)
