Baby orangutan kept in pen at Indonesian 'zoo of death'

JAKART, Indonesia - A baby orangutan is kept in a small cage at a zoo in the Indonesian city of Surabaya on Jan. 16, 2014. An adult orangutan died last year at the zoo, dubbed the "zoo of death" following reports of a dozen animals dying each month due to starvation and other preventable causes.
