Japan Education Association estimates the cost of switching to September enrollment

The Japan Society for Educational Research (JSSER) (Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; Teruyuki Hirota, President; Professor, Nihon University, College of Letters, Science and Technology) has estimated the cost of the government's plan to switch to September enrollment, which totals more than 6 trillion yen.
