Vietnam: Typhoon Kajiki Floods Streets of Hanoi, Halts Traffic

Typhoon Kajiki struck northern and central Vietnam, causing at least four deaths, multiple injuries, and extensive damage. Heavy rains and strong winds flooded streets in Hanoi, paralyzed traffic, and damaged thousands of homes and hectares of crops across Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, and Quang Tri provinces.
