China: Jielong-3 Rocket Launches From Offshore Platform in Shandong

On August 8, 2025, in Rizhao, Shandong, a video captured the breathtaking moment a massive rocket soared into the sky off the coast. The footage showed the Jielong-3 carrier rocket igniting and lifting off from an offshore platform, marking China’s successful “one rocket, eleven satellites” sea launch.
