Taiwan: Multiple Dead After M7.4 Earthquake Strikes Off Hualien City 7

At least four people died, and dozens were injured after a strong earthquake struck off the coast of Taiwan, 18km south-southeast of Hualien City, on Wednesday morning, April 3. According to USGS, it was a magnitude 7.4 earthquake.
