Expressway closed after road collapse

TOKYO, Japan - The Tokyo-bound lanes on the Joshinetsu Expressway collapses Aug. 15 after heavy rains lashed out eastern Japan the previous day. The expressway linking Tokyo with Nagano via Gunma Prefecture is closed between Shimonita and Tomioka interchanges in Gunma Prefecture.
