SEOUL, Korea, Jan. 4 Kyodo - The U.S.-led United Nations Command solders stand guard on Jul. 27, 2017 in front of North Korea's main building, in a joint security area at the border village of Panmunjeom, located in the demilitarized zone that divides the two Koreas. A North Korean soldier was shot and wounded by fellow soldiers on Nov. 13, 2017 while defecting to South Korea at the border village.
