Bicycle racer Sano vows to shine in Saitama race

SAITAMA, Japan - Junya Sano, this year's Japanese National Road Race champion, brims with confidence at a press conference in Saitama, north of Tokyo, on Sept. 25, 2014, as he prepares for the 2014 Le Tour de France Saitama Criterium. Set for Oct. 25, the race will take place around East Japan Railway Co.'s Saitama Shintoshin Station in Saitama. Italian Vincenzo Nibali and other top racers are also scheduled to participate.
