Cambodian soldiers turn in uniforms

KAMPOT, Cambodia - More than 100 soldiers gather May 7 at a ceremony in Kampot, southern Cambodia, to turn in their uniforms. In response to calls from international donors, Cambodia is cutting back its bloated military to reallocate savings from military spending to social and economic sectors.
