Heritage railways targeted by thieves

In late April, some 6 tons of overhead and signal cables were found to have been stolen from an 11.2-kilometer railway of the line between Yokokawa Station in Annaka and Karuizawa Station in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture, which went out of use in 1997.
