Truck, mini-vehicle on fire after collision

TOKYO, Japan - A badly burned mini-vehicle is being removed from the scene after it was rear-ended by a truck and caught fire on Kan-Etsu Expressway in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture, on the morning of Dec. 12. Two people in the mini-vehicle were killed, and the truck driver was arrested.
