Official seal made out of tsunami-surviving lone pine tree

Craftsman Hirotaka Kabura carves out in Tokyo on Feb. 28, 2015, an official seal for the reconstruction minister using a branch of the lone pine tree that survived the 2011 tsunami in Rikuzentakata, Iwate Prefecture.
