KAMISHIHORO, Japan - Photo taken Feb. 23 shows a bridge, which usually sinks in the artificial Lake Nukabira, showing up above the frozen lake in winter. The 130-meter bridge, built in 1937 as part of the Shihoro railway line, sank in the Nukabira Dam lake in 1956. Water levels in the lake vary season by season as a result of the amount of water to be released for electric generation, giving a chance for the bridge to appear above the lake.
