Yoshie Kaneko, the female Shinto chief priest of the Kanamine shrine on Kuchinoerabu Island in Kagoshima Prefecture, southwestern Japan, prays on Yakushima, another island in the prefecture, on May 30, 2015, for an end to volcanic eruptions on Kuchinoerabu.
