Occupational support for mentally challenged people

TOKYO, Japan - Job Support Network founder Takashi Kanatsuka speaks of his motivation behind the establishment of the nonprofit group during an interview in Tokyo on Nov. 25, 2014. It will be mandatory from 2018 for employers to include mentally challenged people in achieving a minimum percentage of disabled persons in employment.
