SAMAWAH, Iraq - A ceremony to mark the completion of repairs conducted by Japan at three primary and junior high schools in the Iraqi city of Samawah is held on Aug. 28. Katsushi Okazazaki, who heads the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force troops deployed there, representatives from Samawah and school staff members attended the event.
