More than 10 die due to typhoon-triggered heavy rain

SAYO, Japan - A car filled with debris is washed up on a tree on the bank of the Sayo River in the town of Sayo in Hyogo Prefecture after torrential rain brought by Typhoon Etau hit the area. Kazuam Ikeda, one of more than 10 victims in floods and mudslides caused by the rain, is believed to have been in the car.
