TOKYO, Japan - The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) said July 25 it will appoint Kazumasa Kusaka (file photo) as the new head of the Natural Resources and Energy Agency on Aug. 1. Kusaka, 55, is currently the director general of the ministry's Trade Policy Bureau.
