YOKOSUKA, Japan - A Keikyu Corp. train runs at reduced speed on the morning of Sept. 27, 2012, as its entire railway network returned to full operations, around the site where one of its commuter trains was derailed by a mudslide in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture at around midnight on Sept. 24.
