'Anime' to promote census

KYOTO, Japan - The Kyoto prefectural government posts an image and audio from the popular TV animation ''Keion!'' (Light Music!) on its website to promote a census to be conducted in the fall of 2010. The local government said on Sept. 3, 2010, it has seen a rapid increase in visitors to the site. (Kyodo)
