Actress Oyama, voice of iconic anime character Doraemon, dies at 90

Keisuke Sagawa, husband of Japanese voice actress Nobuyo Oyama, holds a book he wrote about her life after the onset of her dementia during a media event in Tokyo on Oct. 26, 2015. Best known for providing the voice of the robotic cat Doraemon in the popular Japanese anime series, Oyama died on Sept. 29, 2024, aged 90.
