Kites with reconstruction message fly in Kesennuma

KESENNUMA, Japan - Participants of "Kesennuma Tenbata Matsuri" (Kesennuma Kite Festival) fly kites with a message for reconstruction written on them at the school grounds of Kesennuma Koyo High School in Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, on May 25, 2014. Kesennuma Koyo High School was inundated by the 2011 tsunami.
