WAKAYAMA, Japan, Aug. 25 Kyodo - Video taken from a Kyodo News helicopter on Aug. 25, 2023, shows the Japanese-registered Izumi Maru that capsized in the Kii Channel off the western Japan prefecture of Wakayama. The Japan Coast Guard said the cargo ship capsized after apparently colliding with another freighter.
