9 Philippine "Nikkei-jin" hope to acquire Japanese citizenship

MANILA, Philippines - Second-generation Filipino-Japanese Rogelio Kimura, 69, holds photos of his Japanese father, Kiichiro Kimura, during a press conference on Aug. 6, 2013, in Manila.
