NIKKO, Japan - Hiroyasu Shimizu skates in the men's 500 meters of the national speed skating sprint championships at the outdoor Kirifuri Skate Center in Nikko, Tochigi Prefecture, on Dec. 25. Shimizu captured his second consecutive title in the men's event of the championships.
